Spring Camp for Future-Ready Leaders
Tuscany, May 3-10, 2025
Step away from the daily grind to:
Take a breath. Slow down. Recharge your energy.
Reflect on who you are as a leader—today, and in the future.
Connect with other inspiring leaders in meaningful, honest conversations.
Learn from leading voices in leadership, culture, and neuroscience.
Gain the tools, insights, and inspiration to help you—and your organization—truly thrive in the future.
If you take the time, we’ll make it count.
You work hard, and you care deeply. You lead with your heart. You constantly make time for others—your team, your family, your mission.
But when was the last time you made time for yourself?
To reflect on who you are, where you're going—and why?
To ask whether you’re the leader you truly want to be?
To gain new insights, fresh perspectives, and practical tools that make you more effective and impactful in your leadership role?
Making a meaningful impact takes Time, Space, and Energy.
Yet your calendar is full. The fires never stop. The demands are endless. You’re always giving—rarely refilling.
This May, in Tuscany, we’re creating space for leaders like you.
A place to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
To meet other leaders, have meaningful conversations, and explore real-life challenges.
To learn powerful tools that will make your job easier and more effective so you can make an even greater impact with what you do.
To gain clarity and fresh perspectives, spark new ideas, equip yourself, mentally and emotionally, for the journey ahead.
Join us. Make the time. Take the space. Spark what’s next.
Bring your experience, your questions, your challenges, your vision. Let’s create something extraordinary—together.
Let’s make it count.

Space to think. New connections. Energy to reimagine. Inspiration to lead.
Something amazing happens when leaders come together—sparks fly. Surrounded by diverse perspectives, fresh ideas, and deep conversations, you’ll find inspiration in the people around you. A breakthrough you didn’t see coming. A perspective that shifts everything. A connection that changes your path.
Because when you take time for yourself, you make space for bigger possibilities. When you restore your energy, you lead with greater clarity and impact. And when you engage with other visionary leaders, you unlock new ideas that wouldn’t emerge alone.
